When you get in touch through our enquiry or quote form, by email, by phone or by WhatsApp, we may collect:

How long we keep your data
We keep enquiry details only for as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. Where we carry out work for you, we keep records for as long as required to meet our legal, tax and insurance obligations. We then delete or securely destroy the data.
Who we share your data with
We do not sell your data. We share it only where needed to run our business and provide our service:
- Netlify hosts this website and processes website data and any form submissions on our behalf. Netlify is a service provider acting as our data processor.
- Google Analytics is used, only with your consent, to measure how the site is used. Google processes this usage data on our behalf and may receive technical information such as your IP address. Analytics is not loaded unless you accept it on our cookie banner. This is governed by Google’s own privacy policy.
- Google Maps is embedded on some pages to show our service area, and only loads with your consent. When a map loads, Google may receive technical information such as your IP address. This is governed by Google’s own privacy policy.
- WhatsApp (Meta) is used as a contact channel. If you message us on WhatsApp, your message is handled under WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy.
We may also disclose data if required to do so by law.
Where your data is processed
Some of our service providers, including Netlify and Google, may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, they rely on safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses to protect your data in line with GDPR.
Your rights
